I joined the Medical Data Science group led by Prof. Julia Vogt as a Postdoctoral Researcher in February 2025. Previously, I earned my PhD in Computer Science from Sapienza University of Rome, under the supervision of Prof. Emanuele Rodolà. My doctoral research explored how and why independent neural networks encode information similarly, enabling the adaptation and reuse of neural models without extensive retraining. Before my PhD, I completed both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Science at Sapienza and gained industry experience as a Software Development Engineer, working for two years in an IT company.

My current research focuses on foundation vision models, with a particular interest in representation learning and multimodal data integration. Additionally, I work on applying machine learning models to the medical domain.
